Terms and Conditions

TALI is an investment analysis platform operated as an unincorporated project by its founders ("we", "us", "our").

The Platform provides tools designed to help users analyse portfolios, understand investment performance, and explore market information. The Platform is informational only and does not provide advice.

These Terms should be read together with:

• The End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
• The Privacy Policy
• Any additional policies or notices displayed on the Platform

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA will take precedence.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding terms
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion.

4.1 Invitation-Only Access

Access to the Platform may be limited, restricted, or provided on an invitation-only basis.

We may suspend, withdraw, or modify access at any time without notice.

4.2 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account details secure
• Not share your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

You may use the Platform only:

• For your personal, non-commercial use
• In accordance with these Terms, the EULA, and applicable laws

You must not:

• Use the Platform to provide advice to others
• Use the Platform for commercial resale or redistribution
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Interfere with Platform availability or performance

The Platform provides general information only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Tax or legal advice
• An offer or solicitation to buy or sell investments

You acknowledge that:

• Investments carry risk
• Market values can rise or fall
• Past performance is not indicative of future results

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

The Platform may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate insights, analysis, and responses.

AI-generated content:

• Is informational only
• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions

You remain responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will:

• Be available at all times
• Operate without errors or interruptions
• Meet any specific performance criteria

We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

The Platform may be offered free of charge during certain phases.

Where fees apply:

• Pricing will be clearly communicated
• Fees are payable in advance
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, content, designs, branding, and functionality, belong to us or our licensors.

You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without permission.

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Platform.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to operate, improve, and provide the Platform, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or the EULA
• Your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk
• We discontinue the Platform

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not liable for investment losses or decisions
• Our total liability shall not exceed £100

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for purpose.

TALI is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The Platform does not provide regulated financial services.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
